WABBE is a product brand of Studio Associato NetworkDev. WABBE does not constitute a separate legal entity: all data processing on wabbe.io is performed by Studio Associato NetworkDev as data controller.
This Policy is issued under Article 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on cookies (Provision no. 231 of 10 June 2021), and considering EDPB Guidelines 03/2022 on dark patterns in social media platforms interfaces (whose principles apply by analogy to consent collection interfaces).
This Policy does not apply to websites operated by Studio Associato NetworkDev clients, even when technically managed by Studio Associato NetworkDev. For each client website, the data controller is the client itself, who publishes its own cookie information.

Studio Associato NetworkDev may use access analysis tools based on server logs (e.g. GoAccess, Nginx log analysis), operating server-side without installing cookies on the user's device, on aggregated data and for technical and security purposes. Such tools do not constitute cookies and do not require cookie consent or a specific cookie banner, subject to what is indicated in the Privacy Policy for navigation data and technical logs.
3.4 Absence of cookie banner
In the current configuration, given the absence of profiling, marketing or third-party analytics cookies not assimilable to technical ones, no consent banner is installed on wabbe.io.
4. Possible future cookies
Studio Associato NetworkDev reserves the right to activate tools in the future that may involve installing additional cookies, particularly upon release of the full version of wabbe.io as a SaaS platform or activation of demonstration features.
In such case:
