The content published on wabbe.io — including but not limited to product descriptions, feature lists, technical specifications, screenshots, demonstrations — describes WABBE products that are currently in preview, development, or pilot stage with selected customers of Studio Associato NetworkDev.
This means:
- Information about WABBE products is provided for informational purposes only
- Product features, scope, technical characteristics and availability may change without notice
- The publication of product information on wabbe.io does not constitute a binding offer, a commitment to deliver, or a guarantee of future availability
- No agreement for the supply of WABBE products is concluded through wabbe.io

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from access to or use of wabbe.io, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law provisions that may apply.

When WABBE products become commercially available, the applicable contractual framework will include:
- Studio Associato NetworkDev Terms of Service, published at networkdev.it/legal/terms, currently the authoritative document for the supply of services by Studio Associato NetworkDev
- Specific commercial proposals subject to negotiation and acceptance on a case-by-case basis
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR, where applicable
